Bashinsky Lab Anywhere (BLA)
The Bashinsky Lab Anywhere service provides our students with access to many of the software programs needed for their coursework and study that were once only available from within the confines of the Bashinsky Lab. This service is available to anyone with an internet connection and a registered student account, from any computer, from any location, at any time.

BLA Connection Instructions
To access Bashinksy Lab Anywhere and register your account from off-campus or over wifi you must first download and install the UA VPN.
The UA VPN is a service of the Office of Information Technology.
All inquiries about installation and troubleshooting of the VPN should be directed to OIT.

This will require your mybama credentials.
***Duo is now required for VPN access*** If you have the Duo App already set-up you can type “push” in the second password field to send to your phone.
The Duo app also has a passcode for manual entry of the second password. Link to Duo instructions

The Microsoft Remote Desktop App downloaded from the App Store is required.
